Text Box: Our Missions We believe it is important to be the body of Christ in our local community and around the world. Here is a summary of the current mission work we support as a church. February Mission Focus This month, we focus on Schuylkill Women In Crisis, or SWIC. SWIC began offering services to victims of domestic violence in 1983 when a hotline was initiated and staffed by volunteers. Through the years, SWIC has grown to include an emergency shelter, temporary housing, and transitional housing as well as offering counseling and advocacy services for women and children affected by domestic violence. Please help us help others with a generous gift to SWIC. Making A Difference Our church actively sponsors or participates in many community ministries including those listed below.
